A: Contact your sales representative to get a briefing on what’s available and begin the process of scheduling a training program for your organization and/or your jobber community.

A: This information, included with many units, calls out specific areas where special attention may be required to successfully install the unit, avoid a warranty claim (and perhaps voiding the warranty), as well as identification of a unit’s special characteristics or configuration.
   
   
Q: What is the Overnight Express Service and how do I take advantage of it?
A: The Overnight Express service is a service WWA provides to its customers for overnight delivery of any WWA part number to any location in the continental United States. Orders can be placed as late as 10:00 PM Eastern Time Zone. To place an Overnight Express order before 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone, please call Toll Free at 888-828-2828 or 540-667-9100. After 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone, please call 901-363-6500. WWA has also negotiated special prices for the freight expense on these Overnight Express units – For freight rate inquiries; please contact your sales representative.
